What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to define and implement technology solutions that enhance user experience.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve issues, enhancing the overall performance and reliability of our platform.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs that support various healthcare applications and services, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems.
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to inform ongoing improvements and updates to our technology offerings.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
• Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Assist in the development of training materials and resources for internal stakeholders to enhance their understanding of our technology solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and insights to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and knowledge of data modeling concepts.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, with a track record of building and consuming APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for working in teams to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and experience with deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker.

Skills & tools
