Revenue Enablement Lead
Job description
About the role
You will serve as the strategic owner for onboarding programs across the entire Revenue organization at Zocdoc, encompassing New Business, Account Management, SMB, and Enterprise teams. In this capacity, you will design the end-to-end operating model that dictates how new revenue hires learn, ramp, and achieve independent productivity. You will own the full journey from day one through the point of independent performance, creating the programs, playbooks, and measurement frameworks that convert great hires into high-impact sellers. This role requires a systems thinker who builds programs from the ground up rather than merely delivering training. The speed and effectiveness of ramp for our revenue team directly shapes Zocdoc's growth trajectory and market impact. You will be the architect of the candidate experience, ensuring it aligns with our mission to give power to the patient by building a world-class revenue engine.
