Zeta Global is looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Senior Director, People Partner to join our global People & Culture team. This position reports to the VP of US People Partner and is essential in developing our people strategy, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance organizational growth, leadership development, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking People leader with extensive experience in organizational design, talent management, employee relations, leadership coaching, and change management. What you'll do
- Act as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders, aiding in team scaling, leadership effectiveness, and performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with executives to develop organizational design and workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Implement change management strategies, equipping leaders with tools to manage transformation and organizational shifts effectively.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and programs for high-potential employees.
- Create and execute initiatives that improve leadership capabilities, managerial effectiveness, and career development opportunities.
- Work with the Learning & Development team to design scalable leadership and professional development programs that encourage internal mobility and skill enhancement.
- Lead initiatives that foster a culture of belonging, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring a thriving workplace for all employees.
- Advocate for inclusive practices in hiring, promotions, and leadership development to strengthen company culture.
- Utilize employee engagement data and analytics to design impactful programs that enhance retention, motivation, and business outcomes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and People Operations for effective execution of People programs across the organization.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to manage employee relations, risk mitigation, and adherence to employment laws across various regions.
- Act as a change agent, aligning People strategies with business growth initiatives to promote innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and programs meet industry standards and support the scalability of a high-growth organization.
- Lead people analytics initiatives to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and workforce planning.
- Oversee compensation planning, total rewards strategies, and performance management frameworks in line with business objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR business partner role supporting executive leaders in a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and influencing senior leaders to achieve business results.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and talent strategy to facilitate business transformation.
- Capability to think strategically while executing tactical initiatives, balancing long-term vision with practical leadership.
- Data-driven approach with experience in using people analytics to influence decisions and enhance employee experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation planning, and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR Centers of Excellence and business units.
- Commitment to culture transformation and engagement, with a proven track record of implementing initiatives that promote belonging and inclusion.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Practical notes
The salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $180,000, depending on location and experience.
