Enterprise MarTech, ESP, SaaS, and AdTech experience must demonstrate cross-platform fluency.
The ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing enterprise sales teams is essential.
Complex enterprise sales cycles and executive customer relationships require experienced management.
Forecasting, pipeline management, and operational sales discipline must be consistently strong.
