The role offers a remote-first culture. Unlimited PTO is provided. An extended holiday break (Winter) is included. Flexible schedules and work from anywhere options exist, with some exceptions. The anticipated annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $135,000, based on factors like skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and state salary thresholds. Total compensation includes benefits and an annual performance bonus. The role has an associated annual target bonus component based on Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed. Eligibility requires active employment in good standing and not being on a Performance Improvement Plan.
This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions. The company has office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York for learning, development, events, workspace, and in-person collaboration. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Operating at a senior level, you balance hands-on execution with visionary leadership. You solve intricate performance puzzles in a fast-moving market. Your work guides how paid social intersects with search, creative, and analytics to shape cohesive growth stories.
You design intake workflows. These workflows clarify goals, constraints, and success metrics before any media activation begins. You architect scalable paid social systems. You integrate AI and automation to support repeatable growth across diverse client verticals. You guide cross-functional review sessions. You align tactics with search, strategy, creative, and analytics teams on shared outcomes.
You champion shipping discipline. You coordinate bids, budgets, and tests so campaigns launch on schedule and learn quickly. You forge partner-level collaboration with programmatic and strategic experts. You turn integrated solutions into durable client advantages. You champion iterative experimentation. You use performance signals to refine audiences, creatives, and funnel journeys over time.
You champion talent development. You mentor colleagues on strategy thinking, tool mastery, and disciplined execution habits. You define analytical frameworks. These frameworks connect activity to business outcomes, revealing what truly moves revenue and efficiency. You shape the future of paid social. You spot emerging patterns, document playbooks, and share insights that raise the bar. You maintain strict compliance with employment rules. You ensure roles remain ineligible for sponsorship and follow regional work policies.
Qualifications
You must bring at least three years of hands-on experience directing paid social for commercial clients in a demanding setting. You hold a solid understanding of budgets, bidding, and measurement within major social platforms and programmatic environments. You can interpret complex performance data. You then translate findings into clear actions for stakeholders and team members.
You hold authorization to work in the United States. You do not need company-sponsored immigration support.
