About the role
You guide the end to end evolution of the CRM and broader go to market technology stack in close collaboration with Revenue Operations, Enablement, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders. You translate operational needs and growth objectives into technical requirements and process designs that improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and user experience. The role combines hands on problem solving with strategic thinking to reduce manual effort, mitigate execution risk, and enable scalable revenue workflows. What you'll do
Design and manage the configuration, integration, and enhancement of the CRM and related go to market systems in coordination with Revenue Operations, Enablement, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to support scalable and compliant revenue operations.
Own the end to end evidence flow for revenue related processes, ensuring accurate data capture, reliable reporting, and timely root cause analysis of discrepancies to maintain trust in decision making.
Lead risk assessments for revenue systems and processes, identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential issues while driving corrective actions and controls that reduce execution risk.
Define and refine standard operating procedures, data standards, and governance practices that align technology usage with policy, audit expectations, and business controls.
Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to reconcile system data, validate revenue related metrics, and close the loop on identified variances through structured investigations and remediation plans.
Champion continuous improvement by analyzing workflows, proposing system enhancements, and collaborating with IT and Enablement to implement changes that increase efficiency, accuracy, and user adoption.
Coordinate with cross functional partners to ensure integrations, automations, and data pipelines supporting revenue operations are delivered on schedule and meet defined quality and security standards.
Communicate technical constraints, dependencies, and trade offs to non technical stakeholders, aligning expectations and prioritization across Revenue Operations, Enablement, IT, Finance, and business teams.
Support the rollout of new features, configuration changes, and process updates by creating guidance, validating outcomes, and monitoring post implementation performance.
Maintain awareness of relevant compliance, privacy, and internal policy requirements, ensuring that revenue systems and associated risk assessments remain within established constraints and limits.
Requirements
