About the role
The Senior Director of B2B Media Strategy leads enterprise and growth-stage clients in converting complex business goals into measurable marketing outcomes. You will shape integrated go-to-market strategies that connect media, operations, and revenue alignment. Your work will ensure impact from first impression to closed-won revenue.
Key areas of focus include media strategy, operational consulting, sales and marketing alignment, and messaging alignment. You will optimize media mix, audience segmentation, creative alignment, and measurement using advanced B2B martech, adtech, and datatech. You will apply proven frameworks such as maturity maps, resource models, and digital transformation strategies to design scalable martech, adtech, and datatech solutions. You will deploy tactics that accelerate impression-to-revenue velocity across revenue teams. You will ensure the right audiences are matched with messaging that moves accounts into pipeline and ultimately closed-won revenue.
Collaboration is central to this role. You will work with channel specialists, client services, and analytics teams while engaging directly with sales and marketing leaders at client organizations. This position requires executive presence, deep B2B expertise, and the ability to bridge strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-moving, competitive markets.

The anticipated annual salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $180,000, based on factors unique to each candidate. These factors include skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state salary thresholds for exempt employees. Total compensation includes benefits and an annual performance bonus. The role has an associated annual target bonus component based on company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and require active employment in good standing without a Performance Improvement Plan.
This position may be performed remotely in most states within the United States, with some exclusions. The role offers flexibility to work remotely, with office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York for learning and development opportunities, events, workspace, and in-person collaboration. You will champion testing routines that validate messaging and optimize channels across the market.
Requirements include three to five years of hands-on B2B media strategy experience. You must possess advanced proficiency in B2B martech, adtech, and datatech platforms. You must demonstrate the ability to align operational planning with revenue outcomes. You must navigate competitive markets while maintaining executive presence and clarity.
