About the role
You are a senior business and strategic leader accountable for a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth client relationships. In this role, you lead multiple Directors and their books of business, ensuring strategic excellence, operational rigor, and strong financial performance across your pod. You function as both an executive client advisor and an organizational leader, driving integrated marketing strategies, strengthening executive partnerships, and delivering portfolio-level growth while establishing the standard for cross-functional collaboration and commercial accountability. You balance visionary leadership with disciplined execution, guiding full-funnel strategies across an integrated media ecosystem that includes paid, owned, and earned channels. You ensure that measurement, audience strategy, and creative efforts align with business outcomes. Beyond client success, you develop high-performing leaders, strengthen operational systems, and contribute to agency-wide strategic initiatives. What you will do
- Architect and orchestrate integrated media strategies that unify paid, owned, and earned channels for complex enterprise accounts.
- Elevate commercial outcomes and operational rigor by guiding Directors to refine their strategic approach and client portfolio management.
- Design and implement measurement and audience strategies that directly align creative execution with concrete business objectives.
- Champion and cultivate executive partnerships to strengthen client trust, expand market presence, and secure long-term commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across disciplines to maintain strategic coherence and uphold commercial accountability.
- Drive expansion of high-growth client relationships through data-informed decisions and continuous iterative campaign refinement.
- Elevate team capabilities by developing future leaders and optimizing operational systems to enhance agency-wide efficiency.
- Advance initiatives that balance bold, innovative thinking with an inclusive culture and demonstrable client impact.

Requirements
- You must hold at least three years of experience leading strategic client initiatives in a professional services environment.
- You demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing enterprise and high-growth client relationships over extended periods.
- You show a documented ability to guide integrated media ecosystems that effectively leverage paid, owned, and earned channels.
- You possess strong financial acumen, evidenced by your capacity to drive portfolio-level growth while maintaining strict operational discipline.
- You have an exceptional capacity to develop leaders at various levels and foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
- You are required to be located within the United States, operating within a remote-first framework as defined by company policy.
