You lead performance creative strategy for digital campaigns, turning analytics and audience behavior into actionable creative frameworks. You design and communicate strategic direction so that content and media teams execute tests that are coherent, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes. You mentor and develop a high-performing creative team, set standards for quality and efficiency, and partner with media, analytics, and client stakeholders to close the loop between insight and execution.

What you'll do
Establish a data-driven creative strategy that translates audience insights, channel constraints, and business goals into clear briefs and narrative flows for performance campaigns.
Lead end-to-end creative workflows from discovery and evidence review, through root cause analysis of performance patterns, to iterative solution design and controlled experiments that validate improvements.
Own risk assessments for creative concepts and audience targeting, ensuring alignment with platform policies, brand standards, and measured business impact before scale.
Partner with media, analytics, and client teams to align on objectives, surface constraints, and co-own decisions that connect creative choices to downstream outcomes and reporting.
Translate performance data and qualitative feedback into concrete creative optimizations, defining test cells, success metrics, and feedback loops that continuously refine messaging, format, and experience.
Develop and maintain playbooks, decision frameworks, and documentation that standardize creative best practices, enable knowledge transfer, and support consistent execution across markets and channels.
Lead and grow a high-performing creative team through mentorship, clear expectations, and collaborative critique, coordinating reviews, stakeholder input, and iterative refinement of creative work.
Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, using clear narratives, visual explanations, and concise summaries that link creative performance to strategic priorities.
Champion an experimental mindset by designing controlled tests, interpreting results, and scaling winning approaches while documenting learnings to strengthen future creative decisions.
Represent performance creative strategy in internal and external forums, aligning with partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure coherent execution and shared understanding of goals and constraints.
Requirements
