About the role
You will own the end to end discovery and optimization of user acquisition channels for a global mobile audience. This role requires you to translate raw market data into coherent growth hypotheses that can be tested quickly and scaled responsibly. You will act as the bridge between high level strategy and execution, ensuring that every experiment aligns with business objectives and player expectations. You will maintain a sharp focus on efficiency, questioning assumptions and refining approaches based on evidence rather than intuition. You will operate with a bias for action, making rapid decisions while balancing risk and opportunity in a fast moving environment. Success in this position will depend on your ability to synthesize information, communicate clearly, and drive measurable outcomes across cross functional teams. You will be accountable for turning insights into action, owning outcomes from concept through implementation and learning.

What you'll do
Design and monitor end to end user acquisition strategies, analyzing funnel performance at each critical stage.
Define test concepts and campaign architecture, selecting the right metrics to reflect the nuances of each mobile user journey.
Coordinate with data teams to execute A/B and multivariate tests, validating audience hypotheses and iterating based on clear evidence.
Identify drop off points within acquisition funnels and prioritize high impact experiments that directly improve efficiency and return.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards that track channel efficiency, return on spend, and player lifetime value in near real time.
Translate test outcomes into narratives that inform go to market sequencing, aligning messaging, offers, and budget decisions with observed behavior.
Evaluate platform suitability for distinct global segments, providing data driven guidance on channel selection and creative positioning.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to iterate landing pages and user flows, ensuring alignment between product changes and marketing experiments.
Assess creative performance across channels, interpreting results to support decision making and refine future test directions.
Champion a culture of learning by documenting outcomes, sharing insights, and promoting evidence based discussions across the organization.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or possess equivalent hands on experience that demonstrates the same level of competence.
Demonstrate strong analytical ability, excellent organization, and clear communication in both written and verbal forms, with attention to detail.
Be comfortable writing SQL, R, or Python, and managing data tasks independently without constant supervision.
Adopt a structured approach to problem solving, taking ownership of project delivery and seeing initiatives through from conception to completion.
Show sound judgment when making decisions under pressure, balancing speed with rigor and considering downstream implications of each choice.

Nice to have
Experience with the mobile gaming industry and an understanding of user acquisition mechanics and genre trends that influence performance.
Previous exposure to user acquisition, performance marketing, banking, or consulting roles that involve managing metrics and stakeholders.
Having run experiments such as A/B and multivariate tests, and the ability to interpret creative performance to support timely decisions.
Familiarity with mobile gaming business models, UA mechanics, and audience segmentation that affect how players are acquired and retained.
