About the Role
You will plan and manage website design projects, taking ownership of end to end project execution from initial concept to final launch. Approximately 45 percent of your day will be dedicated to creating detailed specifications and outlining project requirements while integrating modern UX best practices and aesthetic principles. You will organize and manage project timelines, communicate schedules clearly to internal team members, and ensure every project is completed on time, within scope, and aligned with specific client goals. Troubleshooting issues as they arise will be a core responsibility, requiring clear communication and creative problem solving to keep projects moving forward smoothly. You will manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, using strong organization and time management skills to maintain momentum and meet expectations. About 35 percent of your day will involve communicating directly with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and asking strategic questions to understand their goals and needs. You will recommend best practices and build relationships based on trust and rapport, actively contributing to our high client satisfaction rate. The remaining 20 percent of your time will focus on testing and evaluating website performance during builds and after launch. You will perform quality assurance testing, evaluate website functionality and user experience, and ensure all projects meet defined standards before going live.

Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's Degree, and all majors are welcome to apply for this entry level opportunity in project management.
You are an upcoming graduate or have recently earned a degree, and we actively interview and hire candidates up to one year before graduation.
You have a minimum GPA of 3.4, demonstrating consistent academic effort and dedication throughout your studies.
