About the Role
WebFX is seeking an entry-level candidate for our Marketing team who will serve as the foundational pillar supporting our client-centric ecosystem. This role owns the direct execution of client-facing strategies under the guidance of senior professionals, ensuring that every action aligns with overarching business objectives. You will build long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust and rapport, focusing on maintaining our world-class retention rate through consistent and reliable communication. The hire will create and execute data-driven SEO strategies and optimizations, translating complex data into actionable plans that drive measurable growth for each client. You are expected to build and manage PPC campaigns, such as Google Ads, to achieve positive results and maximize client return on investment. This position involves planning content strategy and building outlines that empower our team of copywriters to produce high-impact, audience-focused content. You will also manage the planning and execution of CRO projects, recommending best practices that enhance user experience and conversion rates for clients. Finally, you will perform light editing in the backend of client websites to correct errors and implement content, ensuring that all digital properties remain accurate and professional.

- Conduct industry research, including competitor analysis and keyword research, to identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape.
- Perform A/B testing, website usability testing, and conversion rate testing to determine what works best for clients.
- Provide data-based recommendations derived from testing results to optimize client campaigns and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in any major, demonstrating a broad educational foundation applicable to marketing roles.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.4 or above, reflecting strong academic performance and dedication to learning.
- Upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply, as we interview and hire up to a year in advance of degree completion.
- Bring prior experience working in any field, such as a part-time job, summer job, or internship, to showcase real-world responsibility.
