About the Role
You will own the end to end execution of digital marketing initiatives for a portfolio of clients under the guidance of senior team members. This role centers on transforming data into actionable strategies that drive measurable business outcomes for clients. You will be responsible for planning and implementing search engine optimization improvements that boost online visibility and performance. Expect to build and manage targeted pay per click campaigns designed to generate leads and sales efficiently. You will analyze complex marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization across multiple channels. The position requires you to create content outlines that guide the copywriting team toward producing high impact assets. You will conduct ongoing tests to understand what messaging and design choices deliver the best results for clients. Part of this role involves providing support during client communications to ensure strategies are clearly articulated.

What you'll do
Plan and execute data driven SEO strategies and optimizations for client websites to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Build and manage pay per click campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads to control budgets and maximize return on ad spend.
Analyze campaign performance data within tools like Google Analytics and RevenueCloudFX to prepare detailed monthly reports for stakeholders.
Interpret web analytics, demographic data, market research, and buyer behaviors to recommend adjustments that improve results over time.
Conduct industry research including competitor analysis and keyword research to uncover opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Perform A/B testing and conversion rate testing on digital properties to identify the most effective layouts, messaging, and offers.
Plan content strategy and construct detailed outlines that align with search intent and business objectives for each client.
Perform light editing in the backend of client websites to correct errors and implement content updates as required by campaigns.
Manage the planning and execution of conversion rate optimization projects while recommending best practices that increase lead generation.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and support retention through segmented messaging and automation.
Collaborate with senior digital marketers on large client campaigns, contributing ideas and taking ownership of assigned tactical work.
Occasionally join client meetings alongside senior marketers to present strategy updates and report on performance metrics clearly.
Conduct testing related to website usability to identify friction points and suggest improvements that enhance the user experience.
Support senior team members in gathering and organizing marketing data used for internal and client facing reporting.
Requirements
You must possess a Bachelor's Degree, and all majors are welcome to apply for this entry level position.
You must be a upcoming grad or have already earned a Bachelor's Degree with a GPA of 3.4 or above to be considered.
You must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills in both written and spoken formats during interactions with colleagues and clients.
You must show evidence of customer service experience, which can come from any industry background you have.
You must have analytical and research skills that allow you to interpret data sets and draw logical conclusions from findings.
You must be professional, dependable, and self motivated in managing your workload without constant supervision.
