About the Role
You will plan and manage website design projects, taking ownership of end to end delivery for client builds. Approximately 45 percent of your day will be dedicated to creating detailed specifications and integrating UX best practices into every site outline you produce. You will organize and manage project timelines while clearly communicating schedules to internal team members and stakeholders. Troubleshooting issues will become a core part of your routine, requiring you to use clear communication and creative problem solving under tight deadlines. You will manage multiple projects and deadlines at once, relying on strong organization and time management to keep everything on track. About 35 percent of your day will involve serving as the direct point of contact for clients, where you ask strategic questions to understand their goals and recommend best practices. You will contribute to high client satisfaction by providing proactive support and building relationships based on trust and clear communication. The remaining 20 percent of your time will focus on testing and evaluating website performance, ensuring functionality and user experience meet strict standards before launch.

Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's Degree, and all majors are welcome to apply for this entry level opportunity.
You are either currently near graduation or have already earned your degree with a GPA of 3.4 or above.
Upcoming grads are encouraged to apply, and the team interviews and hires up to a year in advance of graduation.
You have prior part time, summer job, or internship experience in any field, which helps demonstrate professional readiness.
You possess strong verbal communication skills, allowing you to speak clearly with clients and team members in meetings.
You have well developed written communication skills, which help you craft clear project documentation and email correspondence.
You have previous customer service experience in any industry, showing you can handle inquiries and support with patience.
You are comfortable with presentation skills, able to share updates and findings in a professional and organized way.
