About the role
You will act as the primary communication bridge between our suite of digital solutions and prospective clients seeking to grow their online presence. Much of your day will involve listening carefully to inbound inquiries and guiding these prospects through the sales journey without relying on cold outreach tactics. You will evaluate each new contact to determine whether our services align with their business goals and capacity for partnership. In this capacity, you will translate complex marketing concepts into clear narratives that address client pain points directly. You will craft tailored web marketing strategies designed to resonate with specific industries and company sizes during proposal discussions. You will present these proposals primarily through virtual meetings, occasionally meeting clients face-to-face at our facility. Furthermore, you will collaborate with senior colleagues to refine strategic recommendations and ensure our offerings meet client expectations. Finally, you will maintain accurate records within our internal systems to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

What you'll do
- Accept incoming calls from prospective clients and manage their progression through the sales pipeline.
- Vet incoming leads to assess compatibility between their operational needs and our service capabilities.
- Respond to follow-up requests with the objective of turning interested parties into committed clients.
- Absorb WebFX's catalog of products and services to match them with the specific challenges of each client.
- Architect web marketing strategies that outline tactics, timelines, and expected outcomes for pitch meetings.
- Convey proposed plans to audiences via phone, video conference, and select in-person engagements.
- Act as an administrative pillar for our customer relationship management platform and handle scheduling logistics.
- Initiate contact with sales leads to book meetings and move them further down the conversion funnel.
- Support senior strategists in the development of high-level strategic documentation and client recommendations.
- Uphold the quality and urgency required to meet internal targets and client satisfaction benchmarks.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, regardless of academic major.
- Possess a Grade Point Average of 3.4 or higher on a standard 4.0 scale.
- Current enrollment in a degree program is acceptable as we interview and hire up to one year before graduation.
- Demonstrate prior work experience in any capacity, such as part-time roles, internships, or seasonal employment.
- Exhibit strong verbal communication skills when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain excellent written communication for email correspondence and documentation.
- Have a background in customer service, regardless of the industry in which it was gained.
- Engage effectively with others by displaying strong interpersonal abilities and empathy.
- Prepare and deliver clear presentations that convey value and address client objections.
- Apply analytical and research skills to interpret client data and market trends.
- Show an interest in digital marketing principles, though formal experience is not mandatory.
