About the Role
WebFX is seeking an entry-level candidate for our Marketing team who will serve as the foundational pillar for client communication and strategy execution. In this role, you will own the responsibility of being the direct point of contact for a dedicated list of clients, ensuring their goals are met with industry advice and tailored recommendations. You will build long-lasting relationships based on trust and rapport, actively working to maintain the world-class retention rate that defines WebFX. This position requires you to create and execute data-driven SEO strategies and manage PPC campaigns to achieve measurable positive results for clients. You will plan content strategy and build outlines that guide our team of copywriters in producing high-impact materials. Additionally, you will analyze marketing campaign data and perform light editing in the backend of client websites to correct errors and implement content updates. Your analytical and research skills will be vital as you interpret web analytics, demographic data, and market research to inform strategic decisions.

- Run A/B tests and website usability evaluations to determine optimal solutions for clients.
- Present testing recommendations based on data insights to guide strategic adjustments.
Requirements
You must possess a Bachelor's Degree, with all majors welcome and no preference for specific fields of study. Your GPA must be 3.4 or higher, and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply as we interview and hire up to a year in advance. Prior experience in any form, such as a part-time job, summer job, internship, or other roles, is strongly valued but not mandatory. You must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies. Customer service experience in any industry is essential to understand client needs and expectations. Presentation skills are required to clearly articulate plans and results to stakeholders. Analytical and research skills are necessary to interpret data and derive meaningful insights. While digital marketing experience is a bonus, it is not required as we provide comprehensive training. Copywriting for the web experience is also a bonus but not a prerequisite. Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite is expected for daily tasks and reporting. Familiarity with Google Analytics is preferred for performance analysis. Basic HTML knowledge is beneficial for making minor backend adjustments. You must be deeply interested in web technologies and committed to keeping up with new advancements. Professionalism, dependability, and self-motivation are required traits for success in this role.
