Senior Manager, Product Lifecycle Marketing
Job description
Senior Manager, Product Marketing at Waveapps.
About the role
You will architect and own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Wave's portfolio of products, defining the core narratives that explain why our solutions matter. In this player-coach capacity, you will lead by doing, crafting positioning and messaging while simultaneously developing the capabilities of your team. You are accountable for ensuring that every product initiative is grounded in a clear value hypothesis and a repeatable go-to-market process. This role requires you to translate complex product roadmaps into compelling stories that resonate with small business customers and drive measurable adoption. You will foster a culture of experimentation, where insights from the market are rapidly synthesized back into product and marketing decisions. Success in this position is measured by your ability to make the product intuitive to understand and irresistible to try. You will be the chief storyteller for Wave, ensuring that the "why" and "what" of our products are consistent across every touchpoint. This is an opportunity to build a function from the ground up and establish the standards that define product excellence at Wave.
