About the role
The Senior Product Manager II at TodayTix will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the flagship discovery and transaction surfaces within the TodayTix ecosystem. You will architect the user journey from initial event discovery through to ticket purchase and post-event retention, ensuring a cohesive experience across the global network of brands. This role requires synthesizing market dynamics, user behavior, and business objectives into a clear product vision that can be executed with engineering precision. You will act as the central orchestrator for cross-functional initiatives, aligning events teams to maintain brand consistency while enabling localized innovation. Success in this position is defined by your ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into measurable outcomes that drive sustainable growth. You will leverage rapid experimentation to test assumptions and iterate based on evidence, fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Analyze user behavior patterns across TodayTix, New York Theatre Guide, London Theatre, Show-Score, Arthouse, and Arthouse London to identify friction points and opportunity areas.
- Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to construct product hypotheses that address gaps in the event discovery and purchase flow.
- Partner with engineering leads to translate product requirements into technical specifications that balance ambition with delivery constraints.
- Design and own key performance indicators that track conversion, retention, and discovery efficiency for core user segments.
- Conduct competitive analysis of live entertainment platforms to benchmark features and identify novel approaches to user engagement.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on product goals, tradeoffs, and success criteria before development begins.
- Build and maintain roadmaps that communicate the rationale behind feature prioritization to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Validate product changes through A testing and cohort analysis, ensuring that experiments provide statistically significant insights.
- Represent the product vision in discussions with events partners to ensure marketing and operational strategies are aligned.
- Escalate dependencies and blockers that impact timelines, proactively proposing solutions to keep the delivery pipeline moving.
- Document product decisions and rationales to create a reusable knowledge base for future initiatives.
- Lead sprint planning sessions to ensure the team understands the problem space and the desired user outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends in ticketing and event technology to assess potential adoption into the TodayTix product suite.
- Mentor junior product managers by providing feedback on strategy, execution, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or demonstrate equivalent practical experience in product management.
- Bring a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years of experience managing digital products in the live entertainment or ticketing industry.
- Show a proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights that inform product decisions.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly based on market demands.
- Possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and how they apply to digital ticket purchasing platforms.
- Display proficiency in tools such as spreadsheets, analytics platforms, and collaboration software to manage workflows effectively.
- Cultivate resilience and adaptability when navigating ambiguous project scopes and evolving business priorities.
- Develop expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and events operations.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and ownership, ensuring commitments are met and issues are addressed transparently.
