What you'll do
- Establish the product vision, roadmap, and OKRs while ensuring they align with broader company goals.

- Manage the full product lifecycle, including research, experimentation, and iterative delivery using modern SDLC methodologies.

- Identify and implement AI-driven workflows to increase product velocity and improve quality.
- Mentor and develop a team of product managers to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements and documentation for diverse audiences.
- Define and track key product metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Partner with Customer Success to synthesize feedback and translate user needs into product enhancements.
- Drive the prioritization process, balancing stakeholder demands with constraints and strategic fit.
- Own the discovery process, ensuring rigorous validation before committing to major development efforts.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on goals, risks, and success criteria for new initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience, including work on mission-critical products involving significant technical or business change.
- At least 2 years of experience leading SaaS product teams at the Group level or higher.
- Background in growth-stage or scaled SaaS environments, preferably within financial or business services.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong business judgment with experience evaluating trade-offs and building financial business cases.
- Demonstrated skill in managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback from various sources.
