Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEO and Lifecycle
Job description
Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEO and Lifecycle
About the Role
SimpleNursing, operating within the Colibri Group Healthcare ecosystem, exists to help nursing students succeed in school, prepare for the NCLEX, and confidently begin their careers. We deliver engaging content and innovative learning tools that meet learners where they are and guide them to the finish line. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEO & Lifecycle role is central to this mission. You will drive strategic growth in three key areas: SEO and organic discovery, lifecycle marketing, and website and conversion optimization.
This is a senior individual contributor position with no direct reports. You will not manage a team, but you will own the strategy and execution across your channels. You will personally dig into data, identify opportunities, and bring them to life through campaigns, experiments, and optimizations. One day may involve analyzing Google Search Console and GA4 to find an organic opportunity. The next may involve building a lifecycle email journey, testing a landing page headline, or refining a conversion experiment.
We seek a strategic and hands-on professional who is comfortable diving deep into details. You should be able to explain what the data reveals, personally execute or optimize solutions within platforms, measure the results, and determine the next step. You will partner closely with Product, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Engineering, and external specialists. Collaboration is essential, yet this role requires clear ownership of specific channels and outcomes. You will develop the strategy and see it through to completion.
If you enjoy combining strong channel expertise with broad growth thinking, working directly within marketing platforms, experimenting thoughtfully, and seeing a clear link between your work and our students' success, we want to hear from you.
Key Facts
What You Will Do

You will conduct in-depth review sessions of search performance data to uncover keyword and content opportunities. This analysis will inform conversion tests on landing pages and course funnels aimed at improving signup and retention rates. You will coordinate closely with partners in Product, Paid Media, and Creative to ensure messaging and timing are perfectly aligned.
Your work will involve analyzing user behavior in GA4 and session recordings to continuously refine the on-site experience. You will build and maintain SEO roadmaps that balance the development of long-term topical authority with immediate traffic wins. Optimizing the SimpleNursing student journey will be a core focus, achieved by validating hypotheses through structured experiments and clear metrics. You will maintain an ongoing dialogue with external specialists to incorporate best practices and fresh ideas, and you will monitor competitor activity and search trends to protect our growth momentum in nursing education.
Requirements
You hold three to five years of experience in growth marketing or SEO roles. You are comfortable working directly inside analytics and marketing automation systems. You can clearly explain data patterns and adjust campaigns based on observed student behavior.
You manage the full process from research through implementation and final outcome measurement. Your communication skills enable you to work effectively across teams while retaining clear accountability for channel performance. A deep understanding of the nursing student journey is essential.
