In the capacity of a Partner Success Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between Via and our partners, both within the organization and externally. This position emphasizes the importance of building robust customer relationships that can evolve into sustainable revenue streams. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights on operational, market, and product-related challenges while advocating for our partners within Via to promote new offerings that enhance their capabilities.

What you'll do
- Oversee the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities, acting as the primary contact for executive leadership within these municipalities and agencies.
- Offer expert consultation to partners, assisting them in transforming their concepts and community needs into revenue-generating initiatives for Via.
- Build and nurture deep, trusting relationships with partners by identifying their challenges, proposing solutions, and uncovering opportunities for service expansion and revenue enhancement.
- Regularly analyze service performance data to provide actionable insights aimed at improving service quality, efficiency, and growth.
- Lead negotiations for complex, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions to maximize annual revenue from partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partner needs are met and that they are receiving the full value of Via's offerings.
- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the value of Via's services and the impact on their communities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge for Via and its partners.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, such as consulting, customer success, or positions within high-growth companies.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to maintain composure in complex and politically sensitive situations.
- Proficient in data analysis; while expertise in SQL is not mandatory, you should be adept at extracting insights from complex datasets and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Self-driven and dependable, with a growth-oriented mindset. You thrive in dynamic environments and embrace challenges, taking on significant responsibilities with enthusiasm.
- A collaborative team player who actively contributes and mentors others, celebrating team successes and enjoying collective efforts.

- This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
