What you'll do
- Take charge of ensuring the success of advanced transportation systems for a designated portfolio of partners, serving as the primary liaison for executive leaders in cities and agencies while working autonomously.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, effectively translating their needs into opportunities for revenue generation and making informed decisions that improve service delivery.
- Foster long-lasting relationships with partners by identifying their challenges, offering tailored solutions, and proactively pursuing avenues for growth.
- Regularly analyze service performance metrics to guide strategic decisions that enhance quality, efficiency, and expansion efforts.
- Oversee intricate, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions, leading negotiations with high-level stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Advocate for new products and capabilities within the organization, promoting partner interests to broaden their service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on partner needs and service delivery expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that their objectives are met effectively.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on partner performance and growth opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to partners.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for partners to help them maximize the value of Via's services.
- Actively participate in industry conferences and events to represent Via and network with potential partners.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing capacity, demonstrating success in managing relationships with senior stakeholders in consulting, customer success, or within a rapidly growing organization.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data; adept at extracting insights from complex datasets to influence strategic decisions with both partners and internal teams.
- Proven ability to build relationships in complex and politically sensitive environments, transforming challenges into opportunities for establishing trust.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic settings and contributes to the development of processes.
- A collaborative team player who prioritizes collective success and supports the professional growth of colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.

- The compensation for this role ranges from $145,000 to $165,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
