As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between Via and our partners, both within the organization and externally. This role is centered on building and nurturing strong relationships with our partners, converting these connections into avenues for sustainable revenue growth. You will function as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights related to operations, market entry, and product development, while also advocating for the needs of our partners within Via.
This position is located on the East Coast of the United States. We particularly welcome candidates from Miami or Atlanta (remote) or New York City (hybrid from our Union Square office), but we are open to considering other East Coast locations.

What you'll do
- Develop a strategic roadmap for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses, assisting them in setting and reaching ambitious goals.
- Build and maintain deep, trusting relationships with partners by understanding their challenges, providing tailored solutions, and identifying opportunities for service expansion and revenue enhancement.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance metrics to deliver actionable insights to partners, improving service quality, efficiency, and growth.
- Oversee contract renewals and service expansions to increase annual revenue generated from partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that partner needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to assess satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
- Develop and implement training programs for partners to maximize the utilization of Via's technology and services.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on partnership performance and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in roles involving direct client engagement.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with a knack for maintaining composure during challenging situations and celebrating partner successes.
- Proficiency in data analysis; while expertise in tools like Tableau is not mandatory, a passion for extracting insights from complex datasets and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations is essential.
- A self-motivated individual with a growth-oriented mindset, who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces challenges.
- A collaborative team player who actively contributes to team success and mentors others, valuing collective achievements.
- Willingness to travel frequently for in-person meetings with partners.

- Experience in the transportation or technology sectors, particularly with public transit systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Skills & tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

- Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000, commensurate with experience.
