As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will serve as a key representative of Via, engaging with our partners both internally and externally. Your primary focus will be on nurturing robust customer relationships and uncovering opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will offer strategic guidance on operational, market entry, and product-related issues, ensuring that our partners' needs are effectively communicated within Via.

What you'll do
- Develop a comprehensive strategic vision for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to establish and achieve ambitious goals.
- Build and maintain deep, trusting relationships with partners by addressing their challenges, proposing solutions, and exploring opportunities for service expansion and revenue enhancement.
- Regularly evaluate and analyze service performance metrics to provide actionable insights that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and growth potential.
- Oversee contract renewals and service expansions, aiming to drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth from partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner needs with Via's offerings, ensuring that our solutions meet their expectations.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels, using this information to inform future strategies.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Via's services to existing partners.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders that highlight partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, particularly in roles involving direct client interaction.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with a knack for maintaining composure in challenging situations while celebrating partner successes.
- Strong analytical skills; while expertise in tools like Tableau is not mandatory, you should enjoy deriving insights from complex datasets and translating raw data into clear, actionable strategies.
- A self-driven individual with a growth-oriented mindset, who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces challenges with resilience.
- A collaborative team player who actively contributes to group efforts and mentors colleagues, understanding that collective success is paramount.
- Willingness to travel frequently for in-person meetings and engagements with partners.

- Experience in the transportation or mobility sector, providing a deeper understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation processes and best practices.
- Previous experience in a customer success or account management role, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
