Partnerships Manager
Job description
About the role
You will serve as the primary strategic liaison between Vendelux and its most critical event organizer partners, acting as the senior point of contact for a defined book of accounts. This role requires you to own the end-to-end relationship health of these partners, driving retention, expansion, and operational excellence to ensure mutual success. You will translate high-level platform capabilities into tangible, partner-specific data reports and dashboards that demonstrate clear value. The position demands a hands-on operator who thrives on building and executing playbooks that keep organizers deeply engaged and aligned with Vendelux goals. You will represent the company at industry gatherings, gathering market intelligence to directly influence product positioning and roadmap decisions. Ultimately, you will turn organizer partnerships into a scalable growth engine by identifying and driving expansion opportunities such as additional events and joint marketing initiatives. This role is critical for transforming raw organizer relationships into a predictable, data-driven feedback loop that strengthens the entire platform.
