This position functions as a Performance Specialist embedded within a multidisciplinary clinical and performance team, operating in a cash-based environment focused on high-level client outcomes. You will function within a five-star hospitality framework across one of five urban locations, ensuring that every interaction meets the elevated standards expected in this setting. The role demands a high degree of ownership over the rehabilitation and performance journey for each golfer, from initial assessment through long-term progress tracking. You will be responsible for integrating advanced soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques with golf-specific movement assessments to drive measurable improvements. Collaboration is central, as you will work closely with other disciplines to synthesize input and align on shared performance and rehabilitation goals. Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver a client-first experience while maintaining meticulous documentation and facility standards. Apply knowledge of TPI-based movement screens and golf-specific assessments to identify limitations and drive performance improvements.

Leverage expertise in soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques to support recovery, mobility, and long-term athletic development.
Adhere to facility standards and scheduling requirements, which may include Monday-Friday hours or Monday-Thursday with Saturday availability depending on location.
Support the overall mission of the practice by contributing to data-driven decisions regarding athlete progress and program effectiveness.
Build strong professional relationships with clients by combining technical expertise with a high-touch, educational approach.
Act as an ambassador for the practice by upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and service excellence.
Requirements
Hold an active license as Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Chiropractic, or Certified Athletic Trainer.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in soft tissue work and joint mobilization for both clinical treatment and performance enhancement.
Show a genuine passion for sports performance and the adoption of a client-first hospitality mindset in all professional engagements.
Use Google Workspace and basic digital documentation tools to accurately manage records and facilitate team communication.
Possess the ability to work in a cash-based environment while maintaining strict compliance with documentation and facility standards.
Be capable of working in a five-star hospitality setting, maintaining professionalism in appearance, communication, and service.
Demonstrate reliability in scheduling, including flexibility for Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday schedules with Saturday availability as required by location.
