About the role
Work Right NW is currently seeking a part time Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team in an industrial environment. The successful candidate will focus on improving the health, safety, and performance of American workers through on-the-job care, early symptom interventions, and wellness programs. This role operates in the Quad Cities, IL/IA area and offers a compensation rate of $39 per hour. Shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
Your Impact
You will deliver direct on-the-job care and evaluate injury risks using computer vision tools. This role involves scheduling and conducting preventative and early intervention appointments with employees. You will partner with safety professionals and ergonomists to develop and implement structured wellness programs. The position requires leveraging data analytics to assess injuries and implement effective solutions. You will also collaborate on innovative programs designed to improve overall worker health and ship wellness insights and reporting to leadership for continuous improvement. Maintaining and guiding partners in the use of computer vision tools for on-the-job risk identification is a core responsibility.

Requirements
- Maintain current BOC Certification as a mandatory credential for practice in this role.
- Hold valid CPR Certification to ensure emergency readiness while working on site.

- Exhibit an open, friendly, and outgoing personality for building trust with workers.
