About the role
This role owns the end-to-end club fitting and sales systems for multiple locations. You will architect and implement the complete guest journey from initial assessment through final delivery, ensuring every interaction reflects the Urban Golf Performance standard. You own the financial outcomes of this high-impact revenue stream, driving club revenue, attach rates, and gross margin targets with clear accountability. You will build the conditions for success by hiring, coaching, and holding a team of lead fitters and coaches accountable for performance and retention. Leadership in this position means setting a clear, repeatable strategy that converts performance metrics into compelling product recommendations and premium packages. You will remove obstacles for your team by streamlining workflows between the fitting bay and the build shop, ensuring rapid turnaround on custom builds. What you'll do
Establish a clear, repeatable fitting flow that delivers consistent guest experiences at every Urban Golf Performance site, from check-in through analysis to final delivery.
Coach fitters and coaches on confidently presenting equipment and connecting performance metrics to product recommendations that drive attach rates.
Define standardized fitting and sales processes including product recommendations, pricing, and packaging strategies to create a scalable blueprint for all locations.
Maintain simple, organized demo setups that are easy for coaches to use across locations, reducing setup time and improving guest comprehension.
Set clear KPIs, performance standards, and accountability measures for fitters and sales staff, tracking progress and driving continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the build shop to ensure efficient turnaround times and high-quality custom builds, aligning production capacity with sales forecasts.
Improve systems and processes between fitting and build teams based on feedback and direction, eliminating bottlenecks and enhancing the guest journey.
Manage vendor and OEM relationships with Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, and others to align availability with business needs and negotiate optimal terms.
Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing team of fitters and coaches, ensuring coverage, capability, and consistency across all sites.
Analyze sales and fitting data to identify trends, optimize inventory, and refine the product mix for maximum revenue and guest satisfaction.
Champion the integration of performance data with equipment recommendations, using technology and tools to support informed selling decisions.
Own the end-to-end guest experience in the fitting room, ensuring that every interaction reinforces the value of the Urban Golf Performance brand.
Drive revenue growth through strategic packaging, upselling, and cross-selling of clubs, fittings, and performance services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, providing feedback on product trends, market needs, and operational improvements.
Develop and execute training programs that elevate the product knowledge and selling skills of all coaching and fitting staff.
Establish best practices and documentation that enable rapid scaling of the fitting and sales function without compromising quality.
Requirements
