Circle Care Services is actively recruiting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver specialized support to pediatric clients located in the Guilford County region. This position operates strictly within daytime business hours and provides compensation between ninety and one hundred ten dollars on an hourly basis. The appointed individual will be central to advancing the organization's mission of providing precise, empathetic, and developmentally appropriate Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. You will own the clinical oversight necessary to ensure that each intervention plan is executed with fidelity and integrity. This involves designing daily session objectives that are tailored to the distinct requirements of every child served. Requirements
- Hold a current and active BCBA certification that is recognized in the state of North Carolina.
- Maintain valid state licensure to practice behavior analysis within the jurisdiction of North Carolina.
- Possess two to four years of direct experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis instruction.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of formal assessment methods and standardized data procedures.
- Exhibit the capacity to lead therapist teams and manage complex case reviews effectively.
- Show proficiency in interpreting data to drive clinical decision-making processes.
- Commit to upholding the ethical standards and professional code associated with the field.
- Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
