One-Man Plant Facility Management
This position is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of facility management services and operational execution. The role establishes ownership over all critical infrastructure and daily functions within the assigned facility. Compensation and Location

What you'll do
- Oversee the integrity and performance of all facility physical infrastructure to maintain operational stability.
- Manage the accuracy and development of site-level procedures and documentation for consistent execution.
- Supervise ABM's response to after-hours emergencies and ensure proper escalation for assigned locations.
- Manage the Change Management Program and adhere to the Maintenance Operations Procedure (MOP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Emergency Operation Procedure (EOP) standards.
- Audit all CMMS databases, generate required reports for clients, and manage system access and user credentials.
- Manage the operations budget effectively to control expenditures for all assigned contracts.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of physical assets related to Operation and Maintenance for both critical and non-critical infrastructure.
- Resolve technical issues involving electrical, mechanical, and Fire Protection Systems efficiently to minimize business risk.
- Communicate regarding these issues to management and customers in a timely and clear manner.
- Manage facility access by maintaining and regularly reviewing access control lists to ensure security.
- Analyze and recommend space and power utilization to the client based on operational needs.
- Manage power and cooling capacity and monitor environmental conditions to sustain optimal performance.
- Ensure adherence to Customer SLA parameters is mandatory, including the review and approval of all system changes that could affect operations.
- Audit ABM training delivery and compliance on a monthly basis to maintain standard excellence.
- Identify, vet, and approve all sub-contractors performing on-site work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Develop project scopes of work and ensure all contract terms are fulfilled to the highest standard.
Requirements
The baseline requirement is a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Alternatively, candidates may present five years of equivalent experience. Team management experience is mandatory, with a minimum of three years overseeing personnel while handling infrastructure oversight. A preferred qualification includes holding a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with three years of relevant work experience. Candidates without a degree may be considered with seven years of cumulative experience in the field.
