Golf Fitness Trainers lead physical development and client success in a multi-location environment. This full-time role spans Southern California and Texas sites. In this position, you own the delivery of personalized fitness strategies that directly influence on course execution and competitive advantage for each golfer. You are responsible for creating a safe, challenging, and educational atmosphere where clients feel empowered to reach their athletic potential. Your work directly supports the company mission of bridging the gap between fitness science and golf mechanics. Collaboration with the team supports smooth daily facility operations to ensure an optimal client experience.
Weekly updates on client performance are provided to the Fitness Manager.

You will utilize digital scheduling platforms to manage appointment calendars and client check-ins efficiently.
Ongoing learning is pursued through paid continuing education opportunities to maintain credentials and program relevance.

Requirements
