What you'll do

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities, with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, including market dynamics, trends, and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
