• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource allocation, adjusting as necessary to meet changing project demands.

• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
• Identify and resolve potential project risks and challenges proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials, along with relevant safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes.
• Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) and other advanced construction technologies.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles, particularly in managing client expectations and relationships.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Denver area.
