About the Role
The Operations Coordinator, GUIDE will own the daily experience for patients and guides, shaping calm, structured routes through complex care processes. Decisions made in this role directly influence education, access, and the clarity with which neuroscience options are communicated. This position maintains steady motion between clinical teams and research partners so that information and responsibilities flow without interruption. The coordinator supports the implementation of the GUIDE dementia care model in alignment with CMS guidelines and Synapticure standards.
Compensation and Location
Compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 per year. The position is full time and remote first, open to legally authorized work across all 50 United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting schedules and calendars to ensure guides and patients progress through timely care steps.
- Designing intake materials that help new members understand care pathways and required next actions quickly.
- Coordinating with clinical and research teams so that data moves accurately between systems.
- Building clear, consistent documentation for each case so future support remains informed and seamless.
- Maintaining communication flows with external and internal partners so expectations align around timelines.
- Tracking progress markers and summarizing outcomes for internal reviews and external reporting.
- Organizing resources for guides and members to reduce friction in everyday workflows.
- Supporting the use of the GUIDE dementia care model within established regulatory and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- You can legally work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or later.
- You bring three years of experience in operations, coordination, or similar responsibilities.
- You manage details easily while handling multiple items and communicating across different time zones.
- You write clearly and adjust your tone for patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- You use technology tools to track work, store files, and keep records accurate and current.
Preferred Experience
Experience with neuroscience, clinical trials, or digital health tools that support brain conditions is valued but not required.
