People Operations Manager
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end HR operations function for Tyba, acting as the primary operator ensuring that people programs run smoothly and compliantly across the organization. This role requires you to build the foundational processes for people compliance, payroll, benefits, and hiring logistics from the ground up rather than adapting to an existing system. You will partner directly with company leaders to understand Tyba's business model and ensure that every people operation supports our mission of making renewable energy models accessible to cross functional teams. The person in this role will shape the next evolution of our performance development, onboarding, and professional growth initiatives, designing structures that scale as we grow. You will be the steward of our office environment and employee experience, ensuring that the physical and operational details create a productive and welcoming workplace. Because you will design systems that do not yet exist, you need a combination of operational rigor, creative problem solving, and comfort with ambiguity. This position is ideal for someone who wants to own the people operations strategy and see the direct impact of their work on how our team functions and develops.
