About the role
You architect and own the end to end marketing strategy for Synapticure's dual engine business, translating the clinical and research operations into compelling narratives that resonate with patients, providers, and life sciences partners. You define the brand story for a portfolio of conditions that includes Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and ALS, ensuring every message is grounded in empathy, scientific rigor, and the lived reality of those we serve. You own the full funnel from awareness and education to clinical trial enrollment and real world evidence generation, aligning campaigns with the scalable virtual care model and the data driven research initiatives that power our mission. You lead cross functional partnerships with clinical, research, and product teams to design and launch integrated programs that meet people where they are, both online and across the 50 state network. You are responsible for the strategic planning, creative execution, and performance measurement of all marketing activities, using analytics to continuously optimize channels, messages, and experiences. You own the governance of key initiatives including digital media, public relations, medical education, and alliance marketing, coordinating closely with the CARES and CURES engines to ensure alignment. You set the standard for excellence in marketing within a highly regulated and mission critical environment, balancing scientific accuracy with accessibility and hope. You are the external facing voice of Synapticure, shaping perceptions and building trust with stakeholders who rely on our services and our science.

What you'll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates digital, social, content, and partnership channels to support Synapticure's national virtual care and research network.
Champion the voice of the patient and caregiver in every initiative, using insights from our deeply engaged national cohort to inform messaging, creative concepts, and channel selection.
Collaborate with the Clinical Operations team to design campaigns that drive timely access to expert neurologists, specialty care coordination, and behavioral health services across all 50 states.
Partner with the Research and Innovation organization to translate complex scientific outcomes into clear, compelling narratives that accelerate clinical trial enrollment and real world evidence generation.
Lead the development of end to end marketing programs for key initiatives including public awareness, provider education, and life sciences collaborations, ensuring alignment with Synapticure's strategic priorities.
Own the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising, search, and social campaigns, using data to refine targeting, creative, and user experience.
Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and production vendors to ensure high quality, on brand deliverables that meet strict regulatory and compliance standards.
Define and monitor key performance indicators, creating dashboards and reports that demonstrate the impact of marketing activities on awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Champion experimentation and innovation in marketing tactics, testing new channels, formats, and partnerships to scale effective approaches and retire underperforming ones.
Serve as a strategic advisor to cross functional teams, providing marketing expertise to product development, alliance management, and clinical operations decisions.
Represent Synapticure in the external market, participating in relevant conferences, media engagements, and industry events to elevate our brand and mission.
Collaborate with medical and scientific teams to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, balanced, and compliant with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
Partner with the data and analytics team to leverage insights from real world evidence and cohort analysis, continuously improving the relevance and effectiveness of our programs.
Champion a culture of inclusion, empathy, and accessibility in all marketing materials, ensuring that the needs of diverse patient populations are reflected in our approach.
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States and require sponsorship is not currently available for this role.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the United States to perform the duties of this position.
Must have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies in a highly regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
Must demonstrate experience leading marketing functions in a B2B and or B2C environment, with a portfolio that includes both digital and traditional channels.
Must have deep expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and messaging, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences.
Must have strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross functional teams including clinical, research, product, and legal or compliance departments.
Must be comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes in a fast paced, mission driven startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for executives, clinicians, and patients.
Must be analytical minded, with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
Must have experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners, with a strong eye for quality and brand consistency.
Must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
Must be passionate about the mission of improving care and accelerating research for people living with neurodegenerative diseases.
Must be willing to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from frontline care coordinators to senior executives and scientific leaders.
Nice to have
Experience with healthcare marketing models that integrate virtual care and real world evidence.
Familiarity with neurodegenerative disease areas such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or ALS.
Knowledge of CMS initiatives and value based care models relevant to dementia care.
Experience in building and scaling consumer health education programs in digital environments.
Practical notes
This role is full time and based in the United States.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Relocation to the United States may be required.
