About the role
You will own the end to end supply chain strategy for our global commerce platform, partnering closely with cross functional teams to ensure optimal inventory, pricing, and product availability across all market segments. You will design and implement scalable processes that connect data insights directly to operational decisions, shaping how offers are structured and presented to millions of users worldwide. You will act as the primary liaison between commercial stakeholders, data analysts, and logistics partners, translating business objectives into clear, executable supply strategies. You will proactively identify risks in the supply chain, define mitigation plans, and monitor performance against key metrics to drive continuous improvement. You will lead initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, refine replenishment logic, and test new product configurations that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. You will own documentation of playbooks and standard operating procedures, ensuring that supply decisions are transparent, repeatable, and aligned with long term business goals. You will mentor junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, and practical frameworks that elevate the overall capability of the supply function. You will stay curious about emerging practices in live entertainment commerce, applying creative problem solving to complex, fast moving scenarios.

What you'll do
Lead the design of supply architecture for our digital ticketing and event inventory platform, defining how inventory flows from acquisition to fulfillment.
Partner with commercial and product teams to develop offer management rules that align pricing, availability, and bundling strategies with business priorities.
Analyze large scale datasets to identify patterns in demand, utilization, and conversion, translating findings into actionable supply recommendations.
Own the configuration and optimization of supply parameters across key systems, ensuring rules are aligned with risk tolerance and revenue goals.
Collaborate with finance and legal partners to translate contractual constraints into operational guardrails that govern how inventory can be sold.
Develop and maintain dashboards that track supply performance, enabling stakeholders to monitor health, diagnose issues, and prioritize interventions.
Define and implement testing frameworks that evaluate the impact of supply changes on user behavior, conversion, and profitability.
Establish strong relationships with key partners across operations and technology, coordinating on cross functional initiatives that impact inventory lifecycle.
Champion data driven decision making by building narratives that connect supply metrics to business outcomes and strategic priorities.
Drive continuous improvement by documenting learnings, standardizing best practices, and scaling successful experiments across markets and product lines.
Work closely with customer experience teams to understand pain points in the booking journey, and translate these insights into supply design changes.
Support the rollout of new features related to inventory management, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and stakeholder expectations.
Act as a subject matter expert on supply logic, providing clear documentation and guidance to internal teams who rely on accurate configuration.
Proactively monitor external market conditions, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations, adjusting supply strategies as appropriate.
Contribute to the development of hiring, mentoring, and knowledge sharing initiatives that strengthen the long term talent pipeline within the supply organization.
Requirements
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or at any time during the employment period.
Must reside in New York, NY at the time of application and throughout employment.
Must have at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in supply operations, logistics, or a related field.
Must have demonstrated experience owning complex, data driven projects from discovery through execution and postmortem analysis.
Must have a strong track record of collaborating with cross functional stakeholders, including product, finance, legal, and technology teams.
Must be comfortable working with large data sets and analytical tools, using quantitative insights to inform decisions.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
Must be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
Must be comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving business, taking on ambiguity and adapting strategies as conditions change.
Nice to have
Prior experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or dynamic pricing environments.
Experience with machine learning or advanced statistical modeling applied to supply or demand forecasting.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, inventory management platforms, and API integrations.
Background in theater, performing arts, or cultural events is a plus.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships in a matrixed organization.
