Marketing Operations Coordinator
Job description
Marketing Operations Coordinator at The Global Talent Co.
About the role
The Marketing Operations Coordinator at The Global Talent Co. serves as the critical operational backbone for the Product Marketing team, ensuring all systems and documentation run with precision. You will own the day-to-day organization within Asana, which includes managing workflows, request intake, project hygiene, and documentation integrity. You will support the ongoing cleanup, organization, and maintenance of our team knowledge base in Guru to keep information current and accessible. Keeping reviews, customer interviews, and product feedback organized for easy access and retrieval will be a regular duty. You will monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling reporting and optimization suggestions to support data-driven decisions.
