You run experiments on a weekly basis, measuring results closely and doubling down on what performs across channels.
You own end-to-end virtual events, handling run-of-show documentation, technology setup, and live operations to protect attendee experience.

Requirements
3 5 years of B2B, AdTech, SaaS, or Martech experience with integrated campaigns from planning through performance analysis. Candidates demonstrate a clear history of managing complex initiatives that span multiple channels and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience managing live virtual events and webinars using platforms such as BigMarker or ON24, including full run-of-show and live operations ownership. You configure technology, coordinate speakers, and manage attendee experience to ensure smooth execution.
Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional communication skills enable efficient coordination across distributed teams. Written and verbal communication is clear, concise, and tailored to different audiences.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign and event performance using tools such as HubSpot, HockeyStack, or similar, with insights tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes. Data guides decisions on audience targeting, creative testing, and channel allocation.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Priorities are set, trade-offs are managed, and quality is maintained while meeting aggressive timelines.
Campaign delivery meets agreed timelines and stays within defined scope without requiring constant rework. Dependencies are identified early and managed in collaboration with partners.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing roles focused on B2B, AdTech, SaaS, or Martech environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders while maintaining clear documentation and follow-through.
Experience working in a remote-first organization with strong written communication and asynchronous collaboration skills.
Comfort with data-driven decision making, using quantitative insights to justify strategic choices and optimize performance.
Willingness to test, measure, and iterate quickly, applying learnings from past campaigns to future program improvements.
Nice to have
Practical experience with programmatic advertising and digital marketing channels such as search, display, video, and social. Familiarity with audience targeting, bidding strategies, and measurement frameworks in these channels is beneficial.
