Senior Product Manager
Job description
About the role
StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a high-impact portfolio at the heart of the company's creative product vision. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, defining the roadmap, and driving end-to-end delivery for a suite of in-house creative tools used by marketers at scale. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and data science, where you will translate bold ideas into tangible products that delight users and move business metrics. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered video and CTV creative solutions, define new workflows, and set the standard for how marketers build at scale. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous space and is comfortable making hard trade-offs to deliver differentiated experiences. You will own the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for a portfolio spanning the video/CTV creative builder, AI-generated and brand content products, and creative integrations with social and partner platforms.
- Lead 0→1 initiatives from first principles - research and validate the problem, frame the opportunity, define the path forward, and drive it to launch and adoption.
- Translate complex, cross-team problems into a clear vision and crisp, actionable requirements that give Engineering, Design, and QE unambiguous direction on how features should behave.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to shape how AI/ML and generative content capabilities are applied across creative formats, making sound technical trade-offs along the way.
- Define key success metrics, monitor KPIs, and make data-informed decisions about what to build, what to cut, and what to double down on.
- Work hand-in-hand with Creative Studio to ensure the tooling reflects real creative workflows and produces work that meets a high creative and brand bar.
- Build new integrations with external platforms, partnering across teams to open up a wider range of creative assets and ad formats within the creative library.
- Communicate precisely and proactively across the organization, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed at the right level and the right time.
- Support customer-facing teams by resolving questions about your portfolio and helping triage bugs and regressions as they appear.
- Evaluate competitive landscapes and market signals to identify opportunities for differentiation and new product ideas.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Sales to understand customer needs and ensure product capabilities support monetization and adoption goals.
- Prioritize work in a rapidly changing environment, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution and operational needs.
- Partner with designers to ensure the product delivers intuitive, performant, and visually compelling experiences across channels.
- Contribute to technical scoping and architecture discussions to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and maintainable.
- Act as the product voice in stakeholder discussions, synthesizing feedback and aligning on priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager at a technology company, with a track record of shipping large, complex software products end-to-end (and you can speak to your successes).
- Demonstrated success leading 0→1 initiatives that span multiple teams - you bring structure and direction to new problem spaces and rally others around a clear plan.
- Experience building products in AdTech, MarTech, or creative platforms, with a meaningful edge for those who have worked on creative-building or generative AI products.
- Strong fluency with AI/ML and generative AI concepts - enough to partner deeply with Data Science and Engineering, reason about capabilities and limitations, and make informed product decisions.
- A technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience) that lets you discuss technical trade-offs, integrations, and architecture credibly with engineers.
- Experience owning metrics and using data to drive decisions, including defining instrumentation and interpreting results to iterate on product performance.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift quickly and problems require creative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise narratives for diverse audiences.
