What you'll do
Client portfolios receive dedicated oversight, and you act as the primary contact across diverse verticals. You conduct in-depth audits of existing campaigns to diagnose performance gaps and recommend corrective actions. Platform performance is tracked against campaign goals, and strategic adjustments are implemented to guide key performance indicators. You orchestrate the RFP process alongside Account Executives, moving seamlessly from proposals to executive presentations for Enterprise brands and agencies. StackAdapt features and channels are upsold to existing customers to expand revenue within current portfolios. You analyze granular performance data to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth within the StackAdapt platform. Account mapping and planning deepen to uncover growth opportunities across your book of business. You translate complex platform functionalities into clear business outcomes for C-level stakeholders. You provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap. Travel flexibility supports in-person engagement within client regions to reinforce partnership and trust.
Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. Extensive real-time bidding and programmatic expertise in DSP and Ad Network environments is necessary. Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user is required. Proven success in managing client relationships and growing revenue is required.
