About the role
You will act as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of clients across diverse verticals, owning end-to-end campaign health and long-term relationship outcomes within the StackAdapt platform. You will leverage deep programmatic expertise to design and execute bespoke campaign strategies that align with evolving business objectives. This role requires you to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in client performance and retention. You will collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders to coordinate solutions, troubleshoot implementation issues, and ensure seamless adoption of StackAdapt tools. A core responsibility is to identify and develop upsell opportunities by uncovering client growth areas and aligning them with platform features. You will also provide thought leadership and strategic advisory during client interactions to reinforce trust and demonstrate value. The position involves regular travel to support key accounts and attend industry events as needed. You will own the narrative around campaign success by defining, tracking, and reporting on performance against client KPIs.

What you'll do
Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned client portfolio, managing all day-to-day communications and strategic interactions.
Design and implement tailored campaign strategies that leverage StackAdapt's platform to meet specific client business goals.
Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including trafficking, optimization, and reporting to ensure consistent delivery against KPIs.
Generate detailed performance reports and translate data into clear recommendations that drive client retention and expansion.
Implement and troubleshoot third-party tags, pixels, and tracking mechanisms to guarantee accurate campaign execution.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by analyzing client usage patterns and aligning them with platform enhancements.
Analyze campaign data on an ongoing basis to refine targeting, pacing, and creative strategies for improved results.
Lead in-person and virtual meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, training sessions, and executive presentations.
Provide strategic thought leadership by advising clients on industry trends, audience behaviors, and media best practices.
Travel up to 20% of the time to support client needs, attend industry conferences, and participate in internal training.
Requirements
Bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Real Time Bidding or programmatic media, including hands-on work with DSPs and ad networks.
Demonstrate prior experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar self-serve platforms, or executing campaigns through a DSP as a self-serve user.
Show a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a strong focus on service excellence and retention.
Exhibit a results-driven mindset with the ability to own revenue growth initiatives and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Possess the ability to learn, explain, and communicate sophisticated platform features and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current with the latest developments in digital advertising, including audience targeting, privacy regulations, and measurement frameworks.
Comfortable working within a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment without compromising quality.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings, strategic reviews, and industry events within the assigned region.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex data and recommendations to senior-level audiences.
Nice to have
Prior experience with advanced TV or streaming advertising ecosystems and connected TV (CTV) platforms.
Hands-on experience implementing and managing server-side tagging or Google Tag Manager in complex environments.
Knowledge of data clean rooms, identity solutions, and privacy-centric targeting approaches within programmatic campaigns.
Experience with automated bidding strategies, machine learning features, or optimization tools within demand-side platforms.
Background in analytics or data-driven decision-making, using tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
Familiarity with creative management workflows and dynamic content optimization for digital campaigns.
Experience supporting clients in regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or healthcare.
Practical notes
This is a remote-first role with a priority on candidates located in the US Rockies region, including Colorado, Utah, Montana, and Wyoming, or candidates willing to relocate within this coverage area.
Travel expectations are capped at 20% of time, primarily for client meetings, campaign reviews, and industry events.
Employment is contingent on standard background checks and reference verification as part of the hiring process.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship for this position.
The base salary band begins at $88,000 and extends to $115,000, with total compensation potentially higher when factoring bonuses, commissions, and equity. All offers will be calibrated based on location, experience, and internal equity considerations.
