You act as the primary steward of campaign health, ensuring that every interaction with the StackAdapt platform drives measurable value. This position requires a disciplined thinker who can translate raw performance signals into strategic moves. You will serve as the bridge between technology capabilities and client expectations.

What you'll do
Orchestrating campaign setups from brief to live on the StackAdapt DSP and verifying third party tags.
Designing audience strategies inside the StackAdapt platform for each vertical and stage of the buyer journey.
Analyzing performance dashboards to adjust bids, pacing, and inventory choices for stronger ROI.
Setting up structured reporting cadences that highlight trends and inform quarterly business reviews.
Guiding clients through training and workflows that deepen adoption of measurement features.
Coordinating with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements for new data integrations.
Championing thought leadership in meetings, positioning insights that influence long term media plans.
Traveling to client offices and industry events, up to 20% of time across the year.
Requirements
You must bring three or more years managing programmatic campaigns on RTB environments.
You need hands on experience running search or social ads through self serve interfaces.
You show a record of retaining accounts while identifying expansion paths and efficiency gains.
You communicate technical platform concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders.
You stay current with audience targeting methods and measurement best practices.
You handle complex data sets, maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
Experience with advanced TV or streaming inventory within programmatic ecosystems.

Daily responsibilities
You will be the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals. You will design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform and ensure campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their goals. You will set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation. You will optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing performance on a consistent basis. You will participate in identification of upselling opportunities and improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports. You will attend in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training sessions. You will provide strategic thought leadership, acting as a strategic advisor to your clients.
Compensation and location specifics
The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate's current location. This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonus or other benefits. StackAdapt is a remote first company although we are prioritizing candidates located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for this role. We do not ask candidates about current or prior salary history, and we will not use such information, if volunteered, in setting an offer.
