The company is currently seeking high-performing, well-networked Stable Wealth Managers to acquire high-value retail customers and drive investments into its core product suite. The role focuses on acquiring and owning premium customer relationships from initial contact to final closure and long-term management. Success in this position will directly contribute to portfolio depth through wallet deepening and renewal retention.
You will own the complete acquisition journey for premium clients interested in Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds. Your primary mission is to create affluent client pathways and convert high-ticket opportunities efficiently. The position demands strict adherence to compliance while driving portfolio depth through strategic wallet deepening initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and achieve premium client acquisition goals specifically for Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds.
- Architect daily field plans designed to convert high-ticket opportunities while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
- Champion partner management with financial institutions to secure preferential access and ensure timely execution.
- Track intricate lead-to-sale conversion metrics and cycle time while actively working to reduce cancellation and error rates.
- Orchestrate weekend drives and events to expand reach within the local city and deepen existing wallet relationships.
- Guide clients through complex financial decisions to increase FD volume, bond bookings, and Mutual Fund retention.
- Harness data-driven insights from CRM tools to refine daily stand-ups and weekly pipeline reviews.
- Balance aggressive monthly targets with sustainable working rhythms that support long-term career resilience.
What Great Looks Like (KPIs)
- FD Volume (₹) & #FDs Booked: Average ticket size and wallet deepening/renewals.
- Bond Volume (₹) & #Bonds Booked: Average ticket size and wallet deepening/renewals.
- Mutual Fund Volume (₹) & #MFs Booked: Average ticket size and wallet deepening/retention.
- Lead to Sale Conversion %: Cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate, and Customer NPS.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based product lines.
- Clear track record of customer acquisition, relationship management, sales closure, and direct retail customer acquisition.
- Must possess rich personal contacts and an active local network within the target city.
- Familiarity with sales rigor, structured process orientation, and proficient CRM usage.
- High ownership, excellent negotiation skills, and resilience under intense target pressure.
- Graduate or MBA background is preferred.
- Local city experience and a deep network in the exact role location are non-negotiable prerequisites.
- Strong command of English and a local language for clear communication and building customer trust.
