Significance Inc. is currently seeking a DIA Facilities Subject Matter Expert to support a federal program. This position is contingent upon final award approval. The role requires onsite work at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC. An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is mandatory for this position.

The selected individual will be responsible for providing financial and project management support to the Defense Intelligence Agency. The primary objective is to strengthen mission readiness and improve operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include conducting budget analysis, overseeing program implementation, generating reports, and assisting with the planning and execution of essential initiatives. The role will interface with Individual Delivery Individual Quantity frameworks and the Energy Resilience Conservation Investment Program. The specialist will coordinate various projects and analyze assessments of existing infrastructure. Additional duties involve preparing justifications for modifications related to energy systems and resiliency. The professional will assess the overall impact of equipment and system changes. Performance duties include oversight of worldwide travel within the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.

Key Program and Financial Management Duties

Managing detailed budget planning for designated initiatives while maintaining rigorous program oversight.

Coordinating project timelines to satisfy Individual Delivery Individual Quantity requirements and program schedules.

Analyzing technical studies related to current systems to identify potential upgrades or modifications.

Preparing comprehensive justifications for energy and resiliency system improvements.

Reviewing the operational impact of proposed equipment and system changes.

Assessing results of worldwide travel within designated operational zones.

Creating documentation that outlines project scope in alignment with federal program guidelines.

Monitoring contract deliverables to verify compliance with established objectives and performance standards.

Security and Clearance Requirements

Holding an active Top Secret/SCI clearance is a prerequisite for employment. The role involves tasks centered on budget analysis and program supervision for federal projects. The candidate must prepare documentation specific to Energy Resilience and conservation investment programs. Evaluating the effects of equipment alterations on complex systems is a core function.

Compensation and Engagement Details

This is a competitive compensation position. The salary range for this role is $123,963.00 to $181,971.00 annually. The engagement is contingent upon award approval. The successful candidate will work on-site at the Washington, DC location.

Travel and Professional Expectations

The role involves performance of duties that include worldwide travel. Travel may occur to locations within the USCENTCOM area of responsibility and other sites as required by task completion.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Demonstrated ability to perform budget analysis and program oversight for federal initiatives is required. Experience in preparing documentation for Energy Resilience programs and conservation investments is essential. The individual must have a proven track record in reviewing the impact of equipment changes on complex systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with federal travel protocols and worldwide assignments is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Defense Intelligence Agency operations and mission sets is an advantage.
