Sai360 is seeking a Product Manager

Compliance to lead the development of compliance-focused products and features within their platform. This role centers on understanding complex regulatory needs and translating them into actionable, well-defined product roadmaps that drive organizational value. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that help organizations manage their compliance obligations effectively and efficiently. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of compliance product features from initial ideation through development, launch, and ongoing iteration to ensure continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for compliance-related features across the Sai360 platform and its integrated modules.
• Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders including legal, risk, and operations teams to understand compliance pain points and opportunities.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications that engineering teams can execute with confidence.
• Collaborate closely with designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for compliance workflows and reporting tools.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging compliance trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape shifts.
• Manage the product backlog of compliance enhancements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance product inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze user feedback, usage patterns, and product data to inform iterative improvements to compliance features.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and customer success to ensure consistent product quality and reliability.
• Present product progress, strategy updates, and roadmap plans to leadership and executive stakeholders on a regular cadence.
• Own the success metrics for compliance products and report on key performance indicators to drive data-informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation that simplify compliance processes and reduce organizational risk exposure.

Requirements

• Experience in product management with a focus on compliance, regulatory technology, or governance risk and compliance domains.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC, ISO, GDPR, or HIPAA is expected and valued.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a product backlog, prioritize features, and balance competing stakeholder interests effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical and regulatory concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or equivalent practical experience in product management.
• Track record of successfully launching and iterating on compliance-focused products or features in a production environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed product decisions based on incomplete information in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with wearing multiple hats and adapting priorities quickly as business needs and regulatory landscapes evolve.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software platforms and their typical feature sets and architecture.
• Experience with workflow automation tools that streamline compliance processes and reduce manual overhead for teams.
• Background in risk management, internal audit functions, or similar roles within a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their direct impact on product design and user experience decisions.
• Understanding of audit trail requirements and how to design products that support traceability and documentation.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in product management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks for iterative delivery.
• Experience with product analytics platforms and data visualization tools for tracking feature adoption and user engagement.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory technology ecosystems and their common integrations with enterprise systems.
• Ability to create detailed product requirement documents and user stories with clear, measurable acceptance criteria.
• Comfort with SQL or similar query languages for extracting and analyzing product usage data independently.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for team coordination.
• Experience with prototyping tools and wireframing software to communicate product concepts to design and engineering teams.

• This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule and regular business hours.
• The role may involve occasional travel for customer meetings, industry conferences, or partner engagements.
