Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client operations to identify potential risks and compliance gaps.
• Design and deliver training programs to educate clients on best practices in risk management and compliance.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to interpret data and provide actionable insights for risk mitigation.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining findings and recommendations.

• Work closely with the sales team to support business development efforts and identify new opportunities.

• Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related area.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
• Experience in a consulting environment, particularly within the technology or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with international regulations and standards related to risk management and compliance.

Skills & tools

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and methodologies, including ISO 31000 or COSO.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions, including GDPR and SOX.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
