What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic planning and operational decision-making across various departments.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and assess the impact of different business scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights that inform budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances against budgets.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders, summarizing financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a corporate finance environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems; familiarity with BI tools is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
