About the role
Renuity is on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic field operations team located in Menomonee Falls, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales leadership and consultants by managing essential customer documentation and ensuring that our internal records for home improvement projects are meticulously maintained. Your contributions will help streamline our operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Scrutinize and validate incoming sales documentation to ensure adherence to our established standard operating procedures.
- Initiate welcome calls to confirm customer information, verify documentation, and ensure that all necessary signatures are obtained.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with precise and current customer data.
- Compile and organize weekly lists of completed projects, gathering photographs to create a portfolio showcasing our successful installations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Collaborate with sales consultants to address any discrepancies in customer information and resolve issues promptly.
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of sales materials and supplies to ensure the sales team is well-equipped.
- Support the onboarding process for new sales team members by providing necessary documentation and resources.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on resolving customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred, particularly in the home improvement or construction industry.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of home improvement products and services.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
- A background in data analysis or reporting can be beneficial.
