Track personal performance metrics daily, including the number of demos, conversion rates, and call-to-commitment ratios, to identify areas for growth.

Requirements
You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position and comply with all local regulations regarding in-home solicitation.
You must hold a valid driver's license, have a reliable vehicle, and maintain proof of insurance as required by company policy for travel to residential locations.
You must reside within the designated service area in or around Pittsburgh, PA, and be able to reliably attend scheduled shifts and meetings.
You must pass a background check and comply with any additional screening measures required by the company or local regulations.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation verifying your eligibility at the time of hire.
You must have the physical ability to travel to customer homes, carry demonstration materials, and stand or walk for extended periods during visits.
You must possess strong communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and adapt your language to diverse audiences.
You must be comfortable using technology such as mobile devices, laptops, and sales platforms to record data and access training materials.
Nice to have
